Data Processing Addendum

Opr8r offers a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) to customers who need one. In plain terms:

Roles

• You are the controller of the personal data processed through the platform — the recipients you message and the consent you collect.
• Angstrom Systems, Inc. (Opr8r) is the processor, acting on your documented instructions to operate the compliance pipeline inside your own carrier account.

What we process, and why

To provide the service we process message metadata, delivery events, and consent/opt-out records — the minimum needed to gate sends, honor STOP, and maintain the consent ledger. Message bodies are stored to operate the platform and are never logged. We do not use this data for our own marketing, and mobile opt-in data is never sold or shared for promotional purposes.

Subprocessors

We use a small set of subprocessors to operate — notably the carrier provider (Telnyx) and hosting/infrastructure vendors. The current list is available on request.

Your controls

Because the service runs in an account you own, you retain direct control of your data and can end our access by rotating the credentials you granted. Your ledger is exportable and stays with you.
