These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Opr8r platform and website, provided by Angstrom Systems, Inc. ("Opr8r," "we," "us"). By using the service you agree to these Terms.
Opr8r is a compliance layer for application-to-person (A2P) text messaging. It registers 10DLC campaigns, checks consent and policy on every send, honors STOP/HELP/START, enforces quiet hours and caps, and maintains a consent ledger — operating inside a carrier account that you own and control. Opr8r does not provide message content, an inbox, analytics, or billing of your recipients.
Fees are as described on our pricing page: a one-time registration fee per campaign (approved or refunded) and a recurring platform fee. Carrier and registry fees are billed to your own account by the carrier and are not part of our fees.
The platform enforces consent, caps, and quiet hours and will refuse non-compliant sends. You acknowledge that this enforcement is a core function of the service and may prevent messages from being delivered.
Carrier and registry approval decisions are made by third parties. Our registration service is provided on an approved-or-refunded basis as described in the pricing terms; we do not otherwise warrant any specific carrier outcome, deliverability, or timeline.
Either party may terminate as described in the applicable order. Because the service runs in your own account, you can end our access at any time by rotating the credentials you granted; your account, numbers, brand, campaigns, and exported ledger remain yours.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opr8r disclaims implied warranties and its aggregate liability is limited as set out in the applicable order. [Final limitation and indemnity language pending review.]
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State], United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. [To be finalized.]
