Opr8r is a service of Angstrom Systems, Inc. ("Opr8r," "we," "us"). This policy explains how we handle information in connection with the opr8r.ai website and the Opr8r platform.

Information we collect

• Account & contact information you provide — name, work email, company, and what you tell us about your use case when you contact us or become a customer.
• Technical & usage data from the website — standard log and analytics data such as IP address, browser, and pages viewed.
• Data processed on behalf of customers. When operating the platform for a customer, we process message metadata, delivery events, and consent/opt-out records inside the customer’s own carrier account. That processing is governed by our Data Processing Addendum; the customer is the controller of that data.

Mobile opt-in data

Consistent with our compliance posture: your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Consent records exist to enforce opt-out and to serve as evidence of consent — not for marketing.

How we use information

• To operate, secure, and improve the platform and website.
• To respond to inquiries and provide the service to customers.
• To meet legal, carrier, and regulatory obligations (10DLC, CTIA, TCPA).

Sharing & subprocessors

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate — for example, our carrier provider (Telnyx) and hosting/infrastructure vendors — under appropriate terms, and where required by law.

Retention

We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and carrier obligations. Message bodies are stored to operate the platform and are never logged. [Specific retention periods pending finalization.]

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, including credential isolation per tenant.
